Having a wonderful night.

Spent the evening cooking a Thai coconut sweet potato dish. My first attempt at a Thai anything I think.  What it lacked in visual appeal it more than made up in taste.  Love fixing something yummy that my girl likes. Once I get the visual down I will post it to lovebirdskitchen.com.

Drinking a nice cup of coffee next to my love.  The world just seems so right right now!
